Thoughts For Memorial Day Weekend

Memorial Day is one of my favorite holidays. It not only marks the beginning of summer, but also serves as a reminder of the freedom we all enjoy as Americans. We must never forget that our freedom has a price, and sometimes that price is courageously paid by those making the ultimate sacrifice with their lives.

President Ronald Reagan stated, "At any time, we are only one generation away from losing our freedom." Every generation must fight to protect it. To this end, every generation must be taught what it is to be a freedom-loving American, and the prosperity that brings. It is our responsibility to pass that along.

To this end, I encourage you to listen to the following two videos of Ronald Reagan speaking, and pass this message on to as many people as you know who need to hear.
